Thank you for choosing RavenRidgeKnives. We take great care in hand-packing every blade to ensure it arrives at your door sharp, secure, and ready for work.
1. Processing Times

In-Stock Items: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

Custom/Made-to-Order: If your knife is being custom-built or etched, please allow 4 weeks for production before shipping.

We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $400.
3. Domestic Legal Restrictions
Know your local laws. * It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the knife they are ordering is legal to own and receive in their specific state or city.

Note: We cannot ship certain items (like automatic knives or gravity knives) to jurisdictions where they are prohibited by law. If we realize an item is restricted in your area, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund.
4. International Shipping
We do ship internationally to select countries; however:

Customs Risk: [RavenRidgeKnives] is not responsible for items seized, delayed, or destroyed by your country’s customs department. Please verify that the blade style (lock type, length, etc.) is legal in your country before ordering.

Taxes & Duties: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Discrete & Secure Packaging
For safety and security, all knives are:

Securely Sheathed: Blades are immobilized to prevent piercing the box during transit.

Discreet Labeling: To prevent theft, our outer packaging does not explicitly mention "Knives" or "Weapons" on the shipping label (we typically use [a white box] or a generic return name).
6. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product immediately and contact us at [Ravenridgeknives@gmail.com].
